Through my one-on-one health coaching programs, I focus on the following:

I offer month-to-month as well as a 3- and 6-month programs. What you can expect:
- Two hour-long appointments each month, which will include a discussion of your progress, recommendations and a full set of notes.
- Unlimited email support between sessions
- Multiple weekly check-ins with inspiration and motivation to hold you accountable
- A personalized plan curtailed to your individual health concerns and goals
- Recipes that are healthy, delicious and simple to prepare
- Relevant and informative handouts/articles that will increase your nutrition and wellness knowledge
- Typed session outlines and review notes emailed after each session
I will be your supporter, guide and provider of individualized advice and instruction. I firmly believe in the concept of bioindivuality: each person is unique with a different set of needs and preferences, and so must be his or her nutrition/fitness/lifestyle plan.
