Sara combines her passion for nutrition and cooking with her love of photography. She offers recipe testing and food photography services for bloggers, food companies, media, and cookbook authors.
When it comes to health, there is no “one-size-fits-all.” I use a holistic, informative and supportive approach to help guide clients to achieve their goals and make sustainable changes. In my practice, I primarily focus on areas such as weight loss, emotional eating, food intolerances, digestive issues, and increasing feelings of energy and overall wellbeing.
