What we got from Sara was completely different, and so much more than I had hoped for. Instead of counting calories and food tracking, Sara helped Scout understand WHY she was eating the way she was. After each session, Scout came out invigorated, practically giddy. She now stops and thinks before making her food choices

I saw almost immediate results. I must sound like one of those crazy diet commercials, but I lost a few pounds, had a flatter tummy, and did not feel bloated at all! I didn’t even realize I was bloated before! Sara talked to me about how the foods we eat affect blood sugar levels and fat storage and usage. I learned that just as important as what I eat is when and how I eat. I love that Sara didn't tell me that I could not eat certain foods. She teaches you how we process different types of food, and how they can make us feel.
After working with Sara, I am now eating the foods I know are good for my body. I am now kinder to myself. I feel healthier, less bloated, and I understanding what triggers my stomach discomfort. Sara has helped me loose those few extra pounds and maintain my weight over the last 3 months, although my goal was not weight loss, but for me to feel better inside and out through self-love and fueling my body with the proper nutrition that it needs.

Sara has educated me in many ways - nutritional knowledge, accountability, endless delicious and healthy recipes, but most of all, she helped me shift my mentality. She taught me that life isn't a simple math equation (caloric intake + calories burned = weight loss). So many other things can impact your metabolism, including stress, mental presence, breathing, etc. Instead of feeling guilty and beating myself up over eating the slice of pizza, I am fully present and enjoy every second.
