Best Decision in 2018
After about a year of trying to lose weight and change the way I eat on my own, I realized I wasn't getting anywhere and could benefit from some one-on-one coaching. Working with Sara turned out to be the best decision I made for myself in 2018. She listened to all of my concerns with so much compassion, and never made me feel ashamed for any habits or ideas I had around food, past or present.
This is not a one size fits all approach, Sara takes the time to get to know you, your history, your goals, and your strengths and weaknesses. Sara taught me how to make food work for my body. She taught me to realize that food is not the enemy, and there is a way to eat healthily without feeling deprived, without calculating every calorie, and without feeling guilty every time I indulge-because she taught me how to indulge healthily, too! I was able to lose weight and I no longer had frequent migraines, but most importantly, I have a new mindset when it comes to food which is truly the only way I was going to be able to sustain any change. Working with Sara changed my life for the better and I am so grateful to her.
