My Body is on My Team
Before working with Sara, my biggest challenge was blood sugar issues - always feeling shaky and hungry around 4 pm. Always worried if I didn’t have snacks on hand!
Sara taught me exactly what I need to do to keep my blood sugar in check. I no longer panic if I realize I don’t have a snack near by because honestly, I rarely need them now.
Sara prompted my new mantra, which is “my body is on my team.” As long as I feed my body what it needs and what is good for it, it will work for me (no low blood sugar, no crazy cravings, etc.). Sara also motivated me to get rid of my scale and instead, pay attention to how I feel, to my digestion, and how my clothes fit. Her tips were invaluable and I remind myself of them regularly!
