I enjoyed so much about Counting Colors! Sara’s refreshing and unique approach to looking at food. No number/calorie crunching or having to follow strict rules of a particular diet. Sara removed the labels, and rather encouraged us to use our creativity to eat healthy!

Eye-Opening and Becoming More Mindful

Since taking the course, I am more mindful of situations and am seeing more positivity daily. I had many realizations, especially how much I was in a sympathetic state, especially at work, and how it was affecting my daily attitude and feelings towards meals as well. What was unique to me about Counting Colors was that it integrated a new way of thinking about food - not as a restrictive diet, but as a means of self-care.
