Interesting Information to Create Change

 What I enjoyed most about The Beauty of Blood Sugar Balance was the content of the webinars, especially the science of balancing blood sugar. It is so interesting and helpful.

An “aha moment” I had was breakfast! The class totally changed how I thought about eating in the morning.

Positive changes I have noticed since taking the course: general energy level, some weight loss, mental clarify and decreased bloating and GI issues

I would definitely tell someone to take the course! Also, have an open mind to totally changing how you view how your body and processed foods.
