Working with Sara turned out to be the best decision I made for myself in 2018. This is not a one size fits all approach, Sara takes the time to get to know you, your history, your goals, and your strengths and weaknesses. I was able to lose weight and I no longer had frequent migraines, but most importantly, I have a new mindset when it comes to food which is truly the only way I was going to be able to sustain any change.
My experience with Sara was transformative. I no longer have the same relationship with food. Instead of coming from a place of deprivation and scarcity, emotional eating and the hamster wheel of negative emotions this state produces, I now see the abundance of whole foods that I can use to fuel my body for both physical and mental strength.
Since working with Sara, I have lost weight, but more importantly, I have gained tools to help me find better alignment and mental freedom from food. She taught me the power of the mind, slowing down, and leveraging a blood sugar balancing diet.

While being very knowledgeable on the topics of nutrition and holistic health, Sara is not the least bit judgmental of those who may be coming to her with bad habits in place and no prior experience with health conscious eating. She provided ample information and recipes throughout our coaching sessions and I truly felt like she cared about helping me find a solution that fit my lifestyle and needs. I'm so thankful I took the time to invest in myself and my health so that I can be a better, more energized Mom each day.
The changes have been amazing. I am not only physically lighter but emotionally lighter. Working with Sara has given me a new ‘way of life’. Sara is relatable, open and made me feel comfortable right away. She knows her stuff and if someone wants to work with her and is willing to put the work in I can’t imagine it would not change their lives for the better!
All of the changes I have experienced are something I can never walk away from now that I know. I read ingredients before every purchase, I do my best to choose the more nutritional option when eating out, I make my blood sugar a priority, and try to say no to the cravings based on past experiences when I do listen to them. Sara made it so easy to work with because of her natural charisma and passion about holistic health.
There's no more hanger, no counting calories and fewer sugar cravings. And when I crave sugar, I have healthier, more nutritious snacks. People should know to take the opportunity to work with Sara. I never thought I would live a life without being hangry! But after working with Sara, I no longer need to constantly snack throughout the day, there's no more counting calories, no more "hangry-ness" and I've actually lost weight.
In four months I have lost 15 pounds and my high cholesterol has fallen to within a normal range. The most important thing to know when working with Sara is that she knows her stuff. I was skeptical about the dietary recommendations she made for me, but after following them and getting such positive results, I am a firm believer. Sara will create a unique plan based on your situation and if you follow it, you WILL experience change.
I'm making much better food choices. Meals aren't something to just check off a "to-do" list. Learning how to manage my blood sugar has really been a game changer. I have a better understanding of the science behind how what we put into our bodies affects everything from mood to weight loss. I'm much less stressed and I don't worry about food as much. Sara is an incredible coach with a lot of knowledge and wisdom to share.
